“A trip back in time to the carefree games of childhood” is today’s theme from the “Museum as an Educational environment”. We took a trip to the land of smile memories, where we hid on a gravel pit, cooked mud soup, and money grew on trees. Yes, to those fun and happy days of our childhood!!! Through a bridge through time, the children of the Summer Academy today experienced fun games in the Ethnographic House and the Art Gallery. In the courtyard of the house they searched for and found different items of men’s and women’s costumes, which they put on mannequins. They carried water with a mare and mensches. Believe me, there was fun! In the gallery they experienced a sea adventure. Divided into three teams, the children solved various puzzles and searched for certain pieces from the permanent exhibit. After a delicious lunch, we played marbles, elastic band and hide-and-seek.
